Rusted Warfare is a bargain bin RTS game that's easy to recommend. It simplifies the learning curves of Supreme Commander and Total Annihilation but with a large tech tree and simple resource management. The graphics have an endearing vintage feel and the soundtrack is excellent. The game is somewhat buggy but still functional and fun to play. Single player content is extensive but lacks a story. Multiplayer is primitive but scales up to large scenarios. Get it for the fun gameplay, huge tech tree and low price tag.
